This is why I don’t work with non-profits anymore:
Me: (after meeting 3 times to discuss services) So, you worked and came up with a budget for our services next year?
Client: Yes, we came up with a budget that isn’t quite what you quoted us, but it’s a starting point.
Me: Ok, so we quoted you $30,000 for a year of services including full management of all of your technology. What did you come up with for a budget?
Me: Per month?
Client: For 2017.
