I finished wedding photos for a bridezilla, and put them all in an online gallery for her to view. She ended up sending me several texts a few days after I sent her gallery, saying she was VERY unhappy and needed to speak with me as soon as possible.
She comes to my studio, to discuss the photos. I opened up the link and we went through them together so she could show me “what was wrong.”
Client: See? I hate these photos.
Me: What is it that you don’t like about them?
Client: I hate all the sunlight. I don’t like how the sun is shining through.
Me: So you don’t want SUN in your photos.
Client: Yes, isn’t that what Photoshop is for? Can’t Photoshop just get it out?
Me: That’s… that’s not how it works exactly. I actually positioned myself so that I could get some sunlight in the photos, I didn’t edit that in.
Client: Well can’t you take it out?
