Client: I’m having trouble logging into one of my company files in QuickBooks, but I am able to log into all the others without any problems.
Me: Hello! Please reply to this email with additional information regarding the issue at hand. If there is a specific error involved, please provide us with the error message and the steps required to duplicate the error. Any screenshots you could include would also help greatly with troubleshooting the issue.
