I work for a company that provides software for hospitals. I work as support and we received a ticket:
Client: The TV is not working and there is a member of the Royal Dubai Family in that room. Please fix ASAP.
Me: Sure, can I get a Room or Device number to investigate?
Client: (three days later) The TV is still broken. The royal family is incredibly agitated at this lack of customer care and support. They are really not happy with this level of support.
Me: I’m sorry, we’re still waiting on a room number to investigate the problematic device.
Client: That’s private information. Just fix it now, they’re annoyed.
