Mutators can give trophies/Mutators as pirate options.

Currently the fastest way to get the robbedacop trophy would be with the Hydra (enemies split into more) mutator, but it disables all the kill-based trophies. So, my request would be if it's possible to either stop mutators from disabling trophies, OR, to make mutators into pirate options. Thanks.

Salem33 on Reddit wrote this code. Tested it out and it works.

if not trophyEnabled    then
   
    trophyEnabled = true
 
    tweak_data.achievement.grenade_achievements.trophy_washington.mutators = {}
       
    tweak_data.achievement.enemy_kill_achievements.trophy_washington.mutators = {}
 
    tweak_data.achievement.enemy_melee_kill_achievements.trophy_washington.mutators = {}
 
end

You can just add that to your user scripts file.

Just to clarify: I enable mutators, then in-game I F5, and then the script allows mutators to count toward trophies?

Yeah. You'll have to do it each mission.
