PirateMail - Not Receiving Messages

My Piratemail hasnt recieved an email since the 23rd of June. I bought it when it was available to pro members, as a "lifetime deal". I use it as a  main email now and can't log into any of my apps or services as I need email confirmation thru piratenexus/hotfuckingmail and havent been recieving them. I don't use thunderbird or another email services like gmail. Just the one you provide thru your domain. I tried messaging Captain in VIP Chat and in PM with no luck. Please help me sort this out. Thanks.
